Randy Maxwell

Randy Maxwell is the Vice-president for administration and director of prayer ministries in the Washington Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. He pastored churches in Idaho and Washington for 16 years and served 18 years at Pacific Press Publishing Association in Nampa, Idaho. Randy is the author of eight books, including If My People Pray, and his newest release, Closing Prayers: Facing the Final Crisis on Our Knees. Pastor Maxwell was also heard every weekend for four years on 820AM The Word Seattle on the “Hope for Today” radio program. He facilitates a weekly prayer gathering on Zoom for Washington Conference pastors and conducts prayer conferences and trainings in and out of conference. Randy and Suzette have been married 45 years. They have three adult children, two sons-in-law, and four adorable grandchildren (one sleeps in Jesus awaiting the resurrection). The motto that drives Randy’s life and ministry is: “The need is great. The key is prayer. The time is now.”


Kevin Wilfley

Kevin Wilfley recently retired from his position as pastor for the Upper Columbia Academy Seventh-day Adventist Church. For 44 years he served various churches in the Oregon, Upper Columbia, and Washington conferences in addition to health ministry, prayer ministry, and ministry to pastors. Pastor Wilfley has spoken at ministerial gatherings, revival weekends, prayer conferences and camp meetings all over North America, Australia and Scotland on the subjects of prayer, the Holy Spirit, spirituality and evangelism. Pastor Wilfley and his wife, Dolly, have three grown children, and six grandchildren. His hobbies include: Guitar, Wood Working, Gardening, and Pastel Painting.


David Jamieson UCC President

Pastor David Jamieson accepted the call to serve as president of Upper Columbia Conference in January 2022. Prior to that, He was lead pastor of Church in the Valley, located in Langley, British Columbia, Canada, where he led the church for more than 20 years. David grew up in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada and attended Canadian Union College (now Burman University), where he met his wife, Shandra.

  • For age 17 and up. The weekend includes lodging for 2 nights and 6 meals. It includes a full program devoted to prayer for prayer leaders of all ages.

  • If Weather permits, this option includes a place to park your RV and 6 meals. It includes a full program devoted to prayer for prayer leaders of all ages. There is no early bird special for this option, due to not knowing weather conditions in advance. (If you sign up for this option and the ballfield is too wet to park RVs we will upgrade you to the dorms for $70)

  • Participants should bring their own bedding. If that is not possible, linen packages are available for twin beds. The price for each is $18.00.

  • This option includes Friday evening through Sunday noon programming and 6 meals. It includes a full program devoted to prayer for prayer leaders of all ages.

  • For age 6-16. The weekend includes lodging for 2 nights and 6 meals. It includes a full program devoted to prayer for prayer leaders of all ages. Children must room with their parents. Children 0-5 are free.
