Here are a few...
We are continuing our "Promise" theme one more time as we "Believe His Promise" and focus on serving and sharing. The Fair is a time to gather as a conference and celebrate all that we have done and learned over the club year.
Come prepared to share a display of projects your Pathfinders have completed in honors. You are also invited to share a display highlighting the service projects your club has done.
Have a drill team? We'd love to see them strut their stuff on Saturday night under the lights for our competition!
It's going to be a jam packed weekend... we can't wait to see you there!
Pastor Michael has worked throughout the Upper Columbia Conference serving at Camp MiVoden, Goldendale and Spokane Valley. He is currently the Youth and Family Pastor of the Walla Walla Village Seventh-day Adventist Church. Michael lives in Walla Walla with his wife Moriah, daughter Gemma, and a small herd of llamas. He loves being outdoors and working with young people to help them build a better connection with Jesus.
UCA Worship Team
"Get ready to lift your voices in praise to Jesus! The music team here at UCA is so excited for all of you wonderful Pathfinders to join us in singing about the love of God. We can't wait to sing with you!"
Sunday morning, we will have two hours where each club hosts an activity. These activities vary from carnival games to easy-to-do honors. We'll have fun with the activities, and with getting to know more of our UCC Pathfinder Family.
Examples of Events:
Share Your Fair Experience! Staff are invited to share pictures from your club's weekend experience. If you upload them through the weekend, your shots may appear in the "Day in Review" videos.

Has your club been actively finding ways to serve your community this past year? Would you like to share your project or stories to inspire other clubs? Be sure to plan for a display at the Fair and check the box below to let us know to reserve space for you.
What could your display look like? (Each club will have a six-foot table.) A video or a Power Point slide show playing on a loop on a computer is a great place to start. If you have props - things you built, planted, fixed or shared - those would be fun and add texture as well as depth to your display. It's the Pathfinder Fair - we'd love to celebrate all the ways Pathfinders are making a difference across our conference.
You can also display crafts or projects you worked on. Just show everyone what your club has been having fun doing together this year! Let us know if you have questions.
Here are the documents with ALL the information you'll need for your drill teams.

We have a video called Tips for Drill Masters. See below.
One huge benefit of using UCA is the gymnasium that we are able to use. This protects us from weather that could negatively effect our programs. We will have chairs set up in the gym for each of our programs.
If you are looking for battery options, here is one to consider. AMAZON battery link
The Teen Cafe will be open Friday night. Teens can look forward to great interactions and yummy treats.
UCC Club Ministries has a "No Pets Allowed" policy at our events.
Here's why. While your pet may be the best dog ever, one moment of surprise could end in an injury to your dog or a Pathfinder. We work so hard to keep our Pathfinders safe - why take the risk here? Second, Your animal can... shall we say, "change the environment." Those environmental impacts could include noise, and landmines. Life at our events is better without either.
We acknowledge that some of our team have emotional support or service animals. We ask that if you bring your pet as one of these, you meet the following guidelines:
1. Your animal is on leash at all times when outside your tent or RV.
2. Your animal is wearing a vest identifying it as a support or service animal when in public.
If animals are found onsite without these, our coordinators will be asking you to meet guidelines or remove your animal from the premises.
Bibles! (Not just for your pillow at inspection... we want every Pathfinder and staff member to have a Bible at each meeting.)
Items for your craft / honor display.
Remember to bring your activity and volunteers to man your activity for Sunday morning.
Watch the weather and bring appropriate clothing options. We will be in the open!
Happy attitudes, smiles and patience for a great weekend together!!
Up-to-date patches must be on all uniforms for early morning inspection.
Campsite and uniform inspection (Sabbath morning) is for points! Have questions about how this works? Ask your Area Coordinators.
